great base for exploring beautiful parks and landmarks
I had a lovely stay here with attentive staff who helped me book cabs and provided great recommendations. I was conveniently close to Parque Seminario, which is a perfect spot for a stroll and enjoying nature while being just over 3 km away from the bustling Malecon del Salado waterfront, ideal for landmarks and city views.

The staff was warm and attentive.
I was very disappointed with my stay. The air conditioning unit in the bedroom was dated and unbearably noisy, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Additionally, there was no privacy in the swimming pool area, as it felt like an afterthought with no screening for guests. It left a lot to be desired.

We had a wonderful time enjoying the lovely pool and the comfortable beds. The staff were very accommodating, especially when we ordered room service. The chicken soup and house burger hit the spot after a long day out with our small kid.
My kids wished there were more activities specifically for them.

Just a good pick for a short interlude in Guayaquil with good value for price. The friendly staff quickly brought me water at breakfast when I asked. Make sure to check the bar area for seating availability before arriving.

missingWrote a review on 28 Junlimited water optionsisolated location
The lack of water fountains is a notable drawback. only single-use plastic bottles are available. The environment around the hotel feels a bit isolated, with limited attractions nearby. expect to rely on taxis for sightseeing. Plus, the pool area lacks privacy since it’s visible from the dining room, creating a rather exposed atmosphere without any screening plants to enhance ambiance.
